What is a laundry route operator?
A laundry route operator supplies, owns, and maintains commercial washers and dryers in shared laundry rooms — recovering costs through resident vend payments rather than building CapEx.
Who it’s for
Apartment buildings, strata schemes, student accommodation, and other multi-dwelling properties with a communal laundry. In NSW, the buyer is usually the Owners Corporation or strata committee — often introduced by the strata manager.
