Equipment ownership
We supply, deliver, and install commercial-grade washers and dryers. Equipment remains SpinTech property for the term — no capital outlay for the scheme.
Maintenance SLA
Servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance are on us. Target response: 24–48 business hours after a fault notification via QR or support line.
Cashless payment systems
Tap-and-go credit/debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and optional app integration. No coin boxes, less vandalism, no token refunds for managers.
Flexible contract terms
Typical initial term of 3–5 years with renewal options. Material SLA breaches that remain uncured can unlock exit — lowering perceived committee risk.
Utility & revenue models
Option A — Revenue share
The building pays electricity and water. We reimburse an agreed per-cycle allowance and pay a percentage of net vend revenue to the administrative or capital works fund.
Option B — Sub-metered
We install sub-meters for laundry circuits and water, pay utilities directly, and offer a smaller revenue share or flat facility licence fee.
